Yard Sale

So I'm having my first ever yard sale on Saturday. In Okinawa...we werent allowed to do yard sales...only participate in the flee market. Which I did often, to sell baby clothes/stuff. So anyway...I spent the entire day preparing crap. I needed to clean out the spare bedroom because we have company coming too. That will take me a week or so. So in cleaning that out....I price stuff, sort stuff. UGH! I thought it would be a small yard sale with toys and books and dvd's. Omgggggggg there is so much stuff. The hardest part...I have NO idea what to price stuff at. I had to call my Mom and ask how much I should sell each item for. Thanks Mom. I had today and Friday to work on it because the other days are filled up with other plans. Have you ever had a yard sale? How cheap/expensive do you list stuff for? What time do you usually have it? Any other yard sale host advice?

P.S. Lil Sis fell ALL the way down the stairs again today. Second time. She's fine but scared the heck out of both of us. That kid is soooo daring!

I've only seen one person with a bag like that. I think they are pretty cool though :)

I agree with Kacy. Price a little high so people can bargain with you! In my area it seems like people start at 6:30.

Good luck!

I hope you can participate in the contest I'm hosting!
